Sorry I haven't posted anything in a really long time.  I need to do a blog overhaul so we'll be under construction for a little while.  Tune in very soon for new posts.  Until then make sure you have my blog in your RSS Reader.

Please be patient while I tweek my blog a little.  I need to up update the typelists and stuff but I don't see that happening until after I get back from my trip.  I promise to get everything up and running as soon as earthly possible.

My Space

So I really really love My Space.  It's such a wonderful way to keep up with my friends.  I'm also proud to say that I have 29 friends which to me is a lot since I can never get anyone to hang out with me.  Just kidding...kinda.  Ok, so several of my 29 friends are bands* and one of my friends is Neil Diamond but still.  Anyway, if you aren't on My Space you should be and you should be my friend!  Click here to be my friend (this is not a test).

*Over the years some of my best friends have been bands.  Not in bands but the band itself.  For a while my bestest friend in the whole world was Wham!  Wham! was like the sister I never had and never really wanted.

Paper Trail

As some of you know there was a thing about my blog in the paper today.  It was a really nice photo but my blog was given a bookmark rating of low to medium.  I understand that to mean that it's probably not in the interest of the general public.  It's not written for the general interest of the public.  But the general public apparently understands it to mean that that's just a poor rating because people have been consoling me all day.

I do feel deceived because I would have never agreed to participate in the article if I thought I would would be judged on any level.  I made it very clear to the writer I do this for fun and as a creative outlet.  I'm not in the blogging business.

Needless to say, I'm pretty pissed off with the Daily Press.  In her defence the woman who wrote the article has apologized to me, which I truly appreciate, but that doesn't really right the wrong.  The truth is I never actually read the Daily Press.  I get all of my news from the Internet.

Anyway, check out the article because the photo of me rocks (as do the others in the pic).  And feel free to defend my honor and complain to the paper directly.  There are e-mail addresses to the right of the article.

Introducing three new blogs...

Morgan - Tara's little girl who's 7-years-old and very cute.  I can't wait to see what she puts on her blog.  I think it's a very creative outlet for children.  I know when I was 7 I would have loved to have had my own blog.

Amanda - My prediction is that Amanda's blog will have a high music content along with all things cool and trendy.

Jennifer - Jen's blog will  be full of Sydney & Carson stories and extremely well written anecdotes on motherhood.  I hope Jen puts some music stuff on her blog as well because she knows what she's talking about there.

Budgeting Babe

So I helped my cousin-in-law Jimmy pick out a purse for Samantha's birthday.  We found very nice and very cool purse at Coach.  Coach has really changed over the years.  When I was in high school they were high quality but a little too conservative for me.  They totally have funky-chic stuff now.  Good for them.  Anyway, Jimmy said in return for helping him out with Sam's purse he would answer any financial  questions I had or help me move.  Since I have no money I won't be making any sort of investments or moving in the near future.  However, I did ask if he could help me figure out a way not to be materialist but still remain cool and trendy.  He sent me this site.  It's smart and funny and very cool.

Everybody else is doing it...

Due to intense family rivalry/pressure and a desperate need for a creative outlet, I decided to start my own blog!  However, since I came up with this idea I haven't had a single clever thought.  Stage fright?  Perhaps.  Or it could be the effects of working in insurance has finally sucked the life out of me?  Or maybe it's just the pino grigio.  Maybe more pino grigio will make me more witty.  Or maybe sometime soon a little genius will jump off on me while I'm staring at the bottom of a Prada shoe.  Regardless...I hope for my blog to be a guide to all things Hillary which shouldn't be hard considering I am she, as you are he, as you are me, and we are all together...Anyone get it?  Here's another clue for you all, the Walrus was [Sir] Paul.  Obladi!
